Request deletion of your account and data

This page is for people who use Arrowlio: Arrow Escape, from Aousoft, and want their account and data deleted.

How to request deletion

1. Enter your email address in the form below, and your username or account name if Arrowlio: Arrow Escape has one.
2. Choose whether we should delete your account and everything linked to it, or only some of your data.
3. Send the request. We may email you to confirm it is you.
4. We delete the data and tell you when it is done. See the retention period below.

You can also email contact@aousoft.com and tell us your username or account name.

Data we delete

• Your email address and any account details you gave us
• Feedback, messages and attachments you sent from the app
• Device identifiers and usage records that are linked to you

Data we keep

• Records we are legally required to keep, or need to prevent fraud and abuse
• Anonymous or combined statistics that can no longer identify you

How long it takes

We act on requests within 30 days. Copies in backups are removed when the backups expire, at the latest 90 days after your request.

Information kept only on your own device is removed when you uninstall Arrowlio: Arrow Escape.
